NEW SERIES OF COOLING TOWERS IN OPEN CIRCUIT AND CLOSED CIRCUIT

With over 45 years of accumulated experience in Cooling Towers, UNICLIMA launched the new "Serie S" models, introducing several innovations with some current patents. The first Cooling Tower will be at an international level which in normal version joints three Strong Points:

1 –
NO CORROSION because it is constructed in FIBERGLASS + PVC + STAINLESS STEEL with exception of the motor support and base.

2 –
LOW ENERGY CONSUMPTION because utilizes motors of 4 polos of high efficiency and also utilizes axial fans of high efficiency with the best quality of the market and selected in the best points of energy consumption / noise level.

3 – LOW ACOUSTIC LEVEL with technology oriented for Axial Fans of low noise level versus low energy consumption, allowing you to choose the following versions:

- Normal Silent Fans.
- Silent Fans.
- Ultra Silent Fans.

And, optionally, also:

- Silencers in the waterfall.
- Silencers in the air discharge of the Tower.

Axial Fans relatively to Centrifugal Fans consume about half the power.

Serie S present innovations, complements and technical characteristics as follows:

-
All electric motors (without exception) outside the air flow.
- Sloped basin provides better and faster cleaning.
- Easy field assembly, whether in plan platform or in 2 beams I.
- Ladder access for maintenance (optional).
- Large access door to the inside of the Tower to give easy access to all interior components.
- Rapid removal of the Air Inlet Louver allowing easy inspection to the Cooling Tower's Water Basin.
- Crane Service facilitates the easy replacement of any component (optional).

COOLING TOWERS OF TMW SERIES IN INDUSTRIAL PROCESSES

TMW Cooling Towers, manufactured in stainless steel and FRP (Fiberglass reinforced Polyester), have had much application in Industry, especially in the Pulp Industry, where they work with severe conditions in environments with corrosion and sometimes with effluent water of high temperatures and heavily loaded with solid deposits.

They also have had application in cooling water of Heat Exchangers for Industrial Processes.

It was recently supplied to a Pulp Industry one more Cooling Tower (series TMW) with a base dimension of 8000 x 8000 (mm) to cool 1,020 m3 / h of water and dissipate 20,400 kW.
